Terms of Use

This is the agreement between you, the parent or guardian who installs Tuzik AI, and us, the makers of Tuzik AI. Install the app and you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install the app.
1. Who may use Tuzik AI
An adult must install Tuzik AI, set it up, and stay responsible for it. Children use the app under the supervision of that adult. If you are under 18, ask your parent to agree to these terms for you.
2. What we give you
We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Tuzik AI on devices you own or control. The app, the mascot, the artwork, and the software stay ours. You may not copy the app, sell it, take it apart, or use it to build a competing service.
3. Minutes and purchases
- Minutes are conversation time with the assistant. You can buy them.
- Every purchase runs through your Apple Account. We never see your card.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown to you before you confirm, unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- You manage and cancel a subscription in the Settings app of your device, under your Apple Account. Deleting Tuzik AI does not cancel a subscription.
- One-off minute packs never expire and do not renew.
- Minutes have no cash value. We cannot exchange them for money.
4. Refunds
Apple handles all payments and all refunds for App Store purchases. Ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue a refund ourselves, but write to us and we will help you with the request.
5. The assistant makes things up sometimes
Tuzik AI speaks with a large language model. A language model can be wrong, and it can invent a fact with full confidence. Treat what the assistant says as play, not as teaching material, medical advice, or safety instructions. Stay in the room when your child does a physical activity the app suggests. You are responsible for the safety of your child.
6. Pictures your family makes
Drawings and photos your family creates stay yours. To make a picture, the app sends the image to a model provider, as described in the Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership of your family's art, and we do not use it to train models.
7. Fair use
Do not use Tuzik AI to produce content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, or harmful to a child. Do not attempt to break the app, overload the service, or extract the model prompts. We can suspend access if this happens.
8. The service can change
Tuzik AI depends on services from other companies, and on models that get replaced. Features can change or disappear. If we stop the service completely, we will say so in the app and on this site before it happens.
9. No warranty, and limits on liability
Tuzik AI comes as it is. We do not promise that it works without interruption or without errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Apple
Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no responsibility for the app. Apple has no duty to give you support for Tuzik AI. If the app fails to match this document, tell Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app.
11. Changes to these terms
We update this page when the terms change and we change the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
